Nicola has won a number of national and international awards in marketing, franchising and enterpreneurial success.  Nicola is the founder of Pacific Retail Management, growing the business from her first store to a network of over 60 outlets.

National Operations Manager

Felicity is a previous franchise owner and has also managed company stores for Pacific Retail. Felicity leads the operations team across all brands. She develops and manages the franchise operational systems to ensure 100 % compliance across the franchise network, in addition to Pacific Retail’s training arm the Retail Training Group.
