PRM's Retail Training Group February 2010 From the 22nd to 28th February Pacific Retail Management held the Retail Training Group (RTG) at the franchise support office in Sydney. New franchisee's from all brands attended the training week that covered all areas of business management with a focus on things such as local store marketing, employment relations etc. They also attended the 2 day Westpac Finance Survival Course. Overall the week was extremely successful. The new franchisees got to interact with support office staff and get support where they need it. Running on a quarterly basis, this course is mandatory for all new franchisees and we welcome existing franchisees to attend to update and or brush up on their business management skills. .. Thankyou Scott Scott Bennie (Love Coffee and Crepes Helensvale) and Dave (Ops Manager) are assisting the Love Coffee and Crepes store opening at Westfield Southlands (Nov 09). Pacific Retail's Franchise Support Team is growing We have gained another valued team member at Pacific Retail Management. Dave is Operations Manager (Qld) assisting Felicity (National Operations). He is based in QLD and is supporting Franchisees with there stores where Operations is concerned. . . . PRM Team visits Beard Papa Sweets In September 09 Felicity (Operations Manager) and Scott (Marketing Manager) met with the Beard Papa Sweets team in Japan. They visited stores, went through training and attended meetings. We are now working on implementing ideas from the trip.

. Go Sushi Rockhampton roles 1212 sushi role in one day! The new Stockland Rockhampton launched on Thursday 13 August 2009 with a huge opening celebrations, special offers, giveaways and loads of entertainment. On the day, Go Sushi Rockhampton rolled 1212 rolls and sold 1206! This is much more than their usual average rolls sold per day. Since the Redevelopment the sales have been up. We are optimistic that with the help of LSM Rockhampton’s store sales will be maintained above the previous averages. Go Sushi Rockhampton is about to launch a Sushi Roll & Kids Drink Promo. The new team attended the Pacific Retail Training Institute. Felicity (Operations Manager) managed the training week that covered topics including Operations, Marketing, Insurance, Staff and HR Management, Finance and much more.The NEW Love Coffee & Crepes at Westfield Southland Melbourne is due to open in early October. We are all very excited in the lead up to the opening of the 2nd store of this new and emerging brand.
